sweatmate helps you find people to do sports with: you see activities on a map, propose your own, tap "i'm going", and organise in the group chat. The service is provided by Filippo Terzi (filippoterzi@aiutomazione.com).
You must be at least 18 years old. One account per person, with real information.
The activities you see are proposed by other users or reported from external sources (in that case we say so, with a link to the source). sweatmate does not organise the outings, does not verify routes, and is not responsible for what happens during activities: you take part at your own risk. Always assess your own ability, the route, the weather, and the people you are meeting.
No offensive content, spam, harassment, or dangerous or illegal activities. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
It stays yours. You give us permission to display it in the app (that is how the service works). Activities reported from external sources remain the property of those sources, which we link to.
You can delete your account at any time in the app (profile → settings → delete account).
The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the app or from taking part in activities.
Italian law. Where consumer law provides, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence.
